This is a 18 in kit I put together myself. She has eyelashes and her head hand and feet are vinyl and her body is cloth. She has pierced ears, painted hair and comes with everything seen in the picture. The outfit I sewed myself and headband and bracelet I made as well. She does have the appearance of a real baby.
