Mama coat. It can be worn while holding a baby.
The baby carrier is detachable, so it can be worn even without a baby.
It was incredibly useful when I went out with my baby in my arms, as I also have an older child.

It's in splendid condition with no visible stains or wear, but please understand that it was used regularly for one winter season.
(Due to car use, it wasn't worn every day.)
