Brazilian Pennywort produces round quarter-prefer leaves. The leaves grow sparsely creating an elegant lacey effect. It's a nice contrast to the usual aquatic stem plants found in an aquascaped tank. Roots grow from each node creating another interesting focal point and texture in your scape. This plant has a pleasant herby scent when handled. Will be the first to secure munched on your cleaner snails, but if the leaves are healthy they will leave them alone.
