For a person who is 157 cm tall (average build, usually size M, female), the sleeves of the one-piece dress are 3/4 sleeves, and the elbows will show. The length was a little over 10 cm below the knee. The jacket has built-in shoulder pads.
The length is about the middle of the back of the hand when the arms are lowered, and there is various room in both the shoulders and the sleeve length.
