After your order has been placed, your Spanish moss will be harvested and given a nice long refreshing bath to ensure that it is now pest at no charge. Your latest moss will then be carefully packaged and shipped!
Spanish moss isnt a moss at whole! It is an air plant (tillandsia) which is a member of the bromeliad family! Tillandsia are air purifying plants that draw moisture & nutrients from the air, allowing the plant to filter air of impurities & toxins that are harmful to us.
Historically Spanish moss has been used as stuffing, packing, mulch, and even insulation! It also makes a lovely addition to floral arrangements, crafts, and home decor.
